Process

As fast as 60 days — a clear path from estimate to launch

From filling out the estimate form to delivery and site launch, the project moves through four steps. After you submit the form, we send your cost estimate right away.

STEP 01

Request an estimate via the form

Fill in your budget, target launch timing, product count, and required pages — rough figures are fine. We automatically calculate a baseline cost for theme development, including SEO and GEO optimization (structured data markup), and send the estimate to your screen and email straight away.

The form also covers whether you're opening a new store or relaunching an existing one, and whether you need an owned-media section. Think of this as a "just checking the numbers" step — no commitment required.

STEP 02

Review the estimate and choose options

Once you've reviewed the estimate, you can add any optional services you need. Photography, product strategy support, ad management, email campaign support, and owned-media support are each available separately.

All options are optional. Start with only what you know you need — we'll fine-tune everything during the scoping session.

STEP 03

Scope session and formal estimate

A team member will reach out based on your form inputs and schedule an online meeting. We use this call to cover any details the form couldn't capture and to confirm there are no gaps in how we each understand the project.

Once the scope is agreed, we send the formal estimate. Everything is aligned before you move forward.

STEP 04

Order, development, and delivery

Development begins after you place the formal order. Once complete, we conduct acceptance testing and proceed to delivery and site launch.

Post-launch support is covered by the options you selected. To get started, send us an estimate request — no commitment required.

Cost depends on the build type. Theme template is from ¥500K, theme customization from ¥800K, and full-order development from ¥3M. Product count (¥10K each), fixed pages (¥50K each), and release timeline are added on top. Fill in the estimate form and get an automatic quote in 3 minutes.
